In a recent endeavor, Ayida Solé self-published and unveiled "I CAN COOK: Haitian Fusion Recipes Inspired by a First Generation's Culinary Voyage." This distinctive Haitian fusion cookbook is crafted to empower novice cooks in the kitchen, offering a delightful journey through Haitian flavors.

Expanding her impact, Ayida Solé has taken The Haitian Croissant to new heights with the establishment of its 501c3 nonprofit counterpart, The Haitian Croissant Foundation. Committed to empowering Haitian youth, the foundation focuses on providing knowledge and tools for self-sustainability through the realms of arts, wellness, and agriculture. In doing so, it aims to enhance conditions within Haitian communities and foster positive change.
